Kesper Travel Refund and Cancellation Policy – Know Your Options

The team of Kesper Travel knows that changing plans are very common for every person. Therefore, we have added refunds and cancellations at our booking portal. But, of course, as always every policy is bound with some rules and regulations. Therefore, checking clarity and fairness is very important. So, check on it.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notification

• All passengers are requested to give advance information for cancellation. That you can do by sending us an email at our email id, i.e, support@kespertravel.com.
• Your cancellation will be counted from the date we get your written notification for cancel effective date.

2. Cancellation Charges

The charges are different depending the cancellation duration and time. So, the cancellation made from the scheduled travel date basically tells the charges. It's like as:

• If you try to cancel the booking for more than 60 days before the departure date, that a 25% amount will be charged from the total amount.
• Further, if you try to cancel the booking in between 45 to days from the departure date, than from the total paid amount than 50% will get deducted.
• In addition, a total of 75% amount will be charged from the paid amount, if you cancel the booking in between 30 to 44 days before the departure date.
• But, if you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the departure date, 100% amount will get charged.

3. No-Show Policy

With No-Show policy you are entitled with no refund. So, what's it. It is a time when passengers or travellers fail to reach to board the flight on time that too without any prior information. In this, no refunds will be granted.

4. Non-refundable Services

It is very important to remember that many services are non-refundable. So, checking details on them are very important. These are as follows:

• Any ticket booking made with non-refundable conditions are nonrefundable at any cost canceled during whichever timing or duration.
• Any booking made for hotel while in peak seasons, during special events, and of course with promotional deals. So check while making booking with these details.
• Activities, excursions, or any events which comes under non-refundable Services cannot be refund for any cancellation.

5. Amendments:

If you try making any changes in the bookings you have made, than you need to pay the additional charges for the same service. .

6. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.​

Important Notes

1. Booking made via Third Party

Cancellation and refund policy may differ for the passengers who made booking using the third party booking portal. It is because their cancellation and refund policy also applicable for the same.

2. Group Travel

If you have made booking for group travel and then opted for the cancellation request, than charges may vary. Charged under such situations mainly depend on the group booking size and the services booked.

3. Refunds for Special Offers

As already stated refunds for any special offers, discounts, or promotional deals are not applicable. Hence, it is very to check out terms and conditions page thoroughly.
